PLEASE NOTE: We do not have systems in stock available. We build systems as we receive orders with payment. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Due to our low prices, we require payment in advance. mail a department or city purchase order with check to Shryock Communications, 724 Champagnolle Rd., El Dorado, Arkansas, 71730. If you require an invoice or proposal to have a check issued, please give us a call at 1-888-747-9625 and we will be happy to fax one to your department.

PAYMENT TERMS : NO EXCEPTIONS

We require payment in advance and must receive a signed purchase order faxed to 870-862-9196, or mailed to our address at top of this page, before order will be processed. Payment arrangements must be made prior to shipment of merchandise. Because of our low prices we do not offer systems for evaluation. Payments are accepted in the form of City, County or State check, Cashiers Check, US Postal Money Order, or Bank Certified Funds (EFT) only. When we receive your order we will immediately fax you an invoice to assist in making payment. To save time you may include payment with your order. Refunds will be made on systems returned within 30 days of purchase date provided systems arrive in "like new" condition. 15% handling fee will apply. C.O.D. orders must submit 50% with order.
All Arkansas customers must pay sales tax. (9.25%)

NOTICE: We DO NOT accept money orders purchased from Wal-Mart .

SHIPMENT:

We ship all orders FedEx ground. Effective 10-01-07 handling and shipping charges of $25.00 per system will be added to Viper Police In-Car Video Systems. USA shipments only. Other shipping request will be at the expense of the buyer.

UNLIMITED WARRANTY:
Installation and electrical connections must be followed per our instructions.
All systems are guaranteed for two years against defect in material, workmanship or incorrect operation. Body mic units carry a one year warranty. Warranty repairs carry a 90 day warranty. Because of our low prices, we do not ship systems for evaluation. We do, however, stand behind our systems 100%. We offer the best service in the industry. Same day repair and return shipment on most items. Any defective units or part will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Call for instructions and RA number before returning unit or any part thereof for repair.
